Upper Body Strength
HIIT 5158 Upper Body Strength sessions build strength and endurance in your upper body. Keeping your heart rate up, sessions can include higher rep ranges (at lighter weights) as well as lower reps with the opportunity to lift heavier weights. Exercises are designed to target all areas of the upper body, including:
- Shoulders
- Chest
- Back
- Biceps
- Triceps
Exercises can be done using a range of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, deadballs, TRX, resistance bands as well as bodyweight exercises.
