These sessions focus on building both strength and endurance in your upper body while also keeping your heart rate up.  Sessions can include both higher rep ranges (at lighter weights) as well as lower reps with the opportunity to lift heavier weights.  Exercises are designed to target all areas of the upper body, including:

  • Shoulders
  • Chest
  • Back
  • Biceps
  • Triceps

Exercises can be done using a range of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, deadballs, TRX, resistance bands as well as bodyweight exercises.
