These sessions can consist of a range of exercises including strength and cardio based work (or even alternating between the two).  Reps may start high and work down, or start low before working up to the “peak” in the pyramid before trying to come back down the other side!  Either way, they should be tough to get through but will ensure you get a solid workout in during the session while also allowing you to work at your own pace through the allocated exercises.
