Lower Body Strength
These sessions focus on building both strength and endurance in your lower body while also keeping your heart rate up. Sessions can include both higher rep ranges (at lighter weights) as well as lower reps with the opportunity to lift heavier weights. Exercises can include (but are not limited to):
These exercises can be done using a range of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, deadballs, TRX, sleds as well as bodyweight exercises.
