HIIT 5158
What is HIIT training? It stands for “High Intensity Interval Training”. What about 5158? That’s where we live, in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide, O’Halloran Hill SA 5158. High Intensity Interval Training means we will challenge and encourage you to work at a high intensity before short periods of rest.
