Team Challenges at HIIT 5158 are goal-oriented tasks performed by teams of up to 6 people. You will have a set challenge for the workout! It may be to row as far as possible in 45 minutes on the Concept2 Rower, or get as many calories as you can on the Air Bike. Regardless of your challenge, you will work with your team mates to get as far as you can, or as many reps in as you can during the allocated time. Rotating the efforts between you and your team mates during the session. When you are not on the allocated “challenge exercise” there will be a circuit to work through. This circuit will have a focus (i.e. lower body, upper body, cardio etc) to keep you moving before it’s time to get tagged back in to the Challenge Exercise!
