Sleds and Ropes

The main focus of this session is rotating between utilizing the sleds (both light and heavy) and various combinations on the ropes.  This will guarantee a burn in your legs and shoulders, while also keeping your heart rate high throughout the session for maximum results!  You may even get the opportunity to burn a few calories on the Ski Erg or Air Bike as well!!
