Lower Body Strength
HIIT 5158 Lower body strength sessions build both strength and endurance in your lower body. Whilst, also keeping your heart rate up. Classes can include both higher rep ranges (at lighter weights) and lower reps with the opportunity to lift heavier weights. Exercises can include (but are not limited to):
- Sleds
- Deadlifts
- Lunges
- Squats
These exercises can be done using a range of equipment. These include: barbells, dumbbells, deadballs, TRX, sleds as well as bodyweight exercises.
