EMOM Session
These Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) workouts are a great way to keep you accountable during your session!! They consist of both strength and cardio exercises (such as the Ski Erg, Concept2 Rower and Air Bike) and challenge you to complete the prescribed exercise before the minute is up, moving quickly to the next exercise. You may find yourself completing calories on the bike, using the ropes, deadball cleans, going for a run and many more!! There is a large variety of exercises in these sessions to keep them interesting and keep challenging your fitness.
